چکیده
Objective The aim of this study is to determine the presence kinesiophobia in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and examine factors affecting kinesiophobia. Materials methods Sixty AS participated study. Kinesiophobia was evaluated using Tampa Scale for (TSK). Disease activity assessed Bath Activity Index (BASDAI) Score C-reactive protein (ASDAS-CRP), functional status Functional (BASFI), spinal mobility Metrology (BASMI), quality life Quality Life Questionnaire (ASQoL). Those a TSK score >37 were classified as high kinesiophobia, while those ≤37 low Results High detected 29 (48.3%) patients. Age, disease duration, BASDAI, ASDAS-CRP, BASFI, ASQoL, BASMI values higher these scores correlated age, duration disease, BASMI, ASQoL (r = 0.697, r 0.600, 0.410, 0.690, 0.889, 0.576, respectively). As result multivariate binary logistic regression analysis, found be only statistically significant factor (OR 5.338, 95% CI: 1.133-25.159, p 0.034). Conclusion seen at rate AS. In study, most important risk decreased mobility. To prevent - which prevents exercise, cornerstone treatment should encouraged exercise active.

Spinal mobility in ankylosing spondylitis: reliability, validity and responsiveness.
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the measurement properties of an evidence-based selection of measures of spinal mobility in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). METHODS Measurements of spinal mobility were taken by trained observers within a UK rheumatology centre. Inter-observer reliability was assessed. Intra-observer reliability was assessed in patients reporting no change in AS-specific healt...

OBJECTIVE To demonstrate the association between various measures of spinal mobility and radiographic damage of the spine in individual patients with ankylosing spondylitis, and to determine whether the assessment of spinal mobility can be a proxy for the assessment of radiographic damage. METHODS Radiographic damage was assessed by the mSASSS. Cumulative probability plots combined the radiog...

Background: Increased incidence of renal stone has been reported in ankylosing spondylitis (AS), but unlike some well-known renal involvements, they have not been fully studied. The aim of this study was to investigate the association of AS with urolithiasis and also the relation between urinary stone and severity markers. Methods: One hundred-sixty three AS patients were included in a cross-s...
متن کامل[Treatment of spinal fracture in ankylosing spondylitis].
Clinical guidelines for the treatment of vertebral fractures associated with ankylosing spondylitis are derived from case reports and a review of literature. The coincidence of paravertebral calcifications and fracture formations leads to problems in the establishment of a proper initial diagnosis. Therefore computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging have to be employed to define the ex...

Background. The aim of our study was to assess the impact of whole-body cryotherapy with subsequent kinesitherapy on spinal mobility parameters in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Material and methods. We enrolled 32 men with ankylosing spondylitis in a clinical trial. The subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups consisting of 16 persons, with no significant differences in age, duratio...
